Nutrition Consultation

 

 

Nutrition Counseling/Consultations with a Registered Dietitian are covered under USU’s preventive services program.  Three visits (per lifetime) are covered at 100% - no deductable, no out-of-pocket expense.  For more information, please contact HR benefits. Dietitians are available at hospitals, clinics, health clubs, and in private practice throughout the community.  For a referral, please contact your healthcare provider or the helpline at Health Advocate toll-free 1-866-695-8622.  Free Wellness Coaching is also available for employees and their spouse/partner through www.healthadvocate.com/portal.
