2nd Annual Be Well Sweetheart Challenge

This challenge involved drinking water and walking.

This was our first challenge with tracking all done online.  We had 73 people participate at some point in the challenge.

 

Center for Women and Gender Holiday Challenge

This challenge involved drinking water, stress management, exercise, walking, and eating fruits and vegetables through the Holidays.

We had 17 people sign up.  Due to the stress of the Holidays we had a number drop, but out of the 8 that stuck with it we  had 7 that earned a prize!

This challenge involved drinking water, exercise, walking, and eating fruits and vegetables through the Holidays.

We had 105 people complete the minimum to earn a prize!

Registrar's Office Summer Challenge

I felt we started off strong, but then as the summer progressed the participation dropped. I think that it was too drawn out (4 months) but we did have one person lose 7.40% of their body weight from when we started the challenge!

As an office we walked 1,009,233 steps during July!

 

Women's Center 6-Week Walking Challenge

We had 27 of the 34 that signed up meet the minimum and earn their pedometer!

TAESE Walking Challenge

Five of the seven that stayed with the challenge met the minimum, and the winner had only three days in the six weeks of less than 10,000 steps.  Two people had several days over 20,000 steps.

We had 106 meet the minimum number of steps, only 2 who stayed with the challenge didn't!

Facilities Employee Challenge

Individuals and teams competed by exercising, drinking water, eating veggies, and reading leisurely. The winners received MP3 players.

Dining Services Employee - Biggest Loser Challenge

USU Dining Services sponsored a 3-month weight-loss challenge to their employees. Winners were based on percent of weight loss based on their starting weight.

Lisa's Lifestyle Challenge

Participants lost 400 pounds, donated 12 pints of blood, and got 18 vehicles off the road. Thanks to all who participated!

Exercise to Hawaii Challenge

Led by Naomi Weeks, Northern Region Extension exercised to Hawaii. The challenge ended in a Be Well luau celebration catered by USU Dining Services.
