  Relaxation Strategies Workshop

Come and enjoy a little down time!!  The relaxation strategies workshop will teach you basic relaxation techniques to help you cope with the stressors of every day life.                                                                                                                             Next Class: TBA

Stress in the Workplace?  We've got you covered!  Chair massage is available for any office occasion. Plan a wellness workshop or thank your coworkers with chair massage.  Or, enjoy a massage therapy in the privacy of a massage therapist's home.

The simple arrangements will relieve your stress, calm your mind, and replenish your energy.

Register for a class.  Payment due 2 days prior to class.  Please pay in the Wellness Center, HPER 109.
