The Western Dairy Center is a leader in dairy foods research
with faculty expertise in dairy processing/production, microbiology,
chemistry, and sensory analysis. The Center competitively seeks
national dairy research dollars for research projects focusing
on the improvement and safety of dairy products.
In addition to national dairy research dollars, the Western
Dairy Center funds seed grants annually on topics which conform
to Dairy Management's funding priorities. Application forms
