Project Summary:
A remote data acquisition system, located in a farm milking parlor, that is capable monitoring, recording and transmitting data related to milk volume and temperatures has the potential for linking farms to the processing facilities. The aim of the project is to provide demonstration of the equipment to dairy industry personnel so that its value to the U.S. dairy industry can be determined.
