* Guest rate is for non-presenting spouses or partners who accompany a registered WLA member, retired member, or student member and wish to attend conference sessions, receptions, and/or meals. Partners who do not plan to attend any sessions, receptions, and/or meals need not register. Two non-members traveling together each pay the full non-member rate. Two presenters traveling together each pay the appropriate member rate. Registered partners will receive a name badge and other registration materials. Please use a separate form for each person.

If you are unable to attend the conference after you have registered, please send an e-mail to David Cremean as soon as possible or call 605-645-8478. Expect a confirmation e-mail. If you don’t hear back, call.

All cancellations are subject to a processing fee of 20% of your total, if the cancellation is received before Tuesday, Sept. 8. After that, no refunds can be issued.
