Q: Where can I find out more information about the Women and Gender Studies program?

    A: If you don't find the information you need on our website, please contact the program director, Brenda Cooper at brenda.cooper@usu.edu.

Q: How do I register as a minor or area certificate candidate in the Women and Gender Studies program?

    A: Please send a short note by e-mail to the program director to let them know you are interested. You will be put on the student mailing list so you are kept up-to-date on events and opportunities.

Q: How do I know if a class I have taken or will take will qualify for Women and Gender Studies credit?

    A: For approval of a course that is not listed on the green sheet or on the semester course list, please send a course syllabus or description to the program director.

Q: What if I can’t find a class to take for credit?

    A: WGS offers a Directed Study course for 1-3 credits. You will need to complete the WGS 4900 request form and have approval from the WGS director before registering for WGS 4900.
