Hi, I’m Robyn Abrahamson.  I love to teach, and I firmly believe that anyone can learn to play and enjoy playing music.  My favorite students to teach are beginners. I enjoy their enthusiasm and potential. But, I don’t think you have to want to be a concert pianist to learn the piano.  Whether you stick to the piano, or switch to a different instrument, I am happy to teach what I can. 

My beginning students should expect to practice 20 minutes a day, five days a week.  This can include flashcards, and clapping rhythms.  I believe that goals should be made individually, and will make goals with my students in lessons.  I am excited to be part of the Youth Conservatory, and can’t wait to get to know each of you!
