Phi Beta Lambda is the collegiate division of the national association, Future Business Leaders
of America–Phi Beta Lambda, Inc. (FBLA-PBL). And don’t let the Greek name deceive you––PBL is
not a social fraternity or sorority. Social events are certainly a part of PBL activities, but
the main focus is business and leadership development.
Our Utah State University Xi Nu Chapter is very active in pursuing these values.
We have bi-monthly activities planned to help members develop their business skills and
create networking within our membership. We also participate in service projects, leadership
conferences, business competitions, and national projects and events.
Membership in PBL is open to all college students interested in pursuing a business or business
