Students sitting on the quad in front of Old Main

Alumni consistently tell us their out-of-classroom experiences were central to their student success and career development. Internships, service learning, and immersive programs enrich course content, let learners practice new skills, and provide professional connections before students even graduate.

With your help, the College of Humanities and Social Sciences wants to make experiential learning more accessible so that all CHaSS students leave college prepared to enter the workforce. The CHaSS Experiential Learning Fund is designed to remove the barriers that prevent students from participating in internships. Your contribution can mean the difference for a student seeking career-ready experiences by helping them cover the extra expenses that add up when students take advantage of opportunities outside the classroom.

Your donation will bring local, national, and even international experiences within reach by giving students a small push to overcome economic challenges. Be it money for transportation to an internship provider three days a week or funds to help cover the cost to participate in USU’s International Alternative Spring Break program, your support will provide greater access to the range of hands-on learning experiences employers have now come to expect from college graduates.

Help CHaSS give students access to real-world experiences and job-ready skills. Please make your gift today.
