Business Staff | Executive Offices

The Executive Offices Business Services Team is structured with one Business Manager serving multiple departments and/or divisions. The Business Manager is the main point of contact for those they serve for all things finance related (reporting, analysis, budgeting, etc.). Our team is also supported by the transaction center for all transactions related to travel, personnel, and purchasing in EZ-Buy.

The Transaction Center is staffed by Transaction Coordinators organized by area of expertise to provide focused support across multiple departments. Their responsibilities include purchasing, travel, personnel actions, and P-Card transactions. See below for specific assignments.
