Virtual Turkey Trot

Recreation

Run, walk, or jog your way through 3.10686 miles (5K) in our first ever Virtual Turkey Trot. You have from Friday, November 6, 2020 12am - Friday, November 13, 2020 11:59pm to complete your course. We will be handing out prizes for the best run time, runner with the most USU pride, and best scenic route. All participants will also be entered in for a drawing of additional prizes. Track your progress through the Aggie Rec Race Club in the Strava app and post pictures to the club for runner with the most pride, and best scenic route.

Virtual Drop-In Registration Help

We know appointments fill up quickly with your advisor, but you can still get your registration questions answered! Utilize the virtual drop-in registration help held M-F from November 9 – November 20. The virtual drop-ins through Zoom will be open 9 am- 4 pm where you'll meet with one of our trained student mentors. Please be aware that staff will meet with students in the order they arrived. We will get you in as soon as possible!

Faith Challenges Group

Meeting

This is a support group for students who would like an emotionally safe environment to discuss issues related to faith that create stress (e.g., having faith doubts or internal conflict with elements of your faith, clarifying your spiritual identity, stresses associated with faith transitions, finding a spiritual place of belonging, talking to those of different faiths, etc.). The topic of the day will be motivated by those who participate that day. This group will be facilitated by Monique Frazier, a psychologist from USU Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS).

Then there will be a "question and answer" portion where students may ask questions directly to administrators. Questions may also be submitted prior to the event by direct messaging @usustudentassociation on Instagram. Students can attend in person or stream through Instagram Live (@usustudentassociation). This is a unique opportunity to learn more about how our fees are used and voice concerns directly to administration.
