Pie the Professor
Fundraiser
In collaboration with ALPFA, we are collecting monetary donations to provide Thanksgiving meals for families in need. Through the SNAC, we are also accepting canned goods and similar non-perishable food items. Each donated dollar or food item counts as one vote. Students and faculty can use their votes to support the professor they would like to see receive a pie to the face—all in good fun and in support of a meaningful cause.

This exhibition runs November 10-December 10 in the Tippetts & Eccles Galleries. The galleries are open M–F from 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
The Art of Fashion: Designs Inspired by NEHMA
Exhibition
Apparel Design students in FCSE 3040: Patternmaking, will be showcasing their half-scale fashion designs inspired by artwork currently on display at the Nora Eccles Harrison Museum of Art (NEHMA). A reception for the designers will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025 from 2-4pm at NEHMA. The student's work can been seen from November 8-24 at NEHMA.

Getting Started with the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning

Curious about how to turn your classroom into a site for scholarly inquiry? This one-hour introductory workshop will help faculty explore the fundamentals of the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL), including how to frame meaningful research questions about student learning, identify relevant methods, and begin designing a SoTL project based on their own teaching. Participants will leave with practical resources, sample studies, and guidance for taking their first steps into SoTL.

Nutrition, Dietetics, and Food Sciences (NDFS) students will provide you with nutrition information, culinary techniques, and recipe cards that you can take home. You will also have the chance to sample the dishes that are prepared!

The USU Guitar Ensembles Concert will showcase USU guitar students playing a variety of styles ranging from rock, funk, jazz, classical and other genres on both acoustic and electric guitars. The Guitar Ensembles Concert has been a tradition at USU for over 35 years and brings a unique and varied sound to the Russell/Wanlass Performance Hall.
