Lunch & Learn - Strong Bones, Strong Body: Nutrition for Healthy Aging

USU Be Well and Registered Dietitian, Brooke Lister, present a workshop on nutrition for healthy aging. As we age, maintaining bone strength becomes essential for mobility and quality of life. In this workshop, you’ll learn how simple dietary and lifestyle adjustments can help preserve bone density, prevent osteoporosis, and keep you moving with confidence. *Presentation will be recorded. Attendance and participation in this event qualify as an activity for the Be Well Rewards program.

Each of the kids in turn tries to sway the vote with songs about their hopes and dreams. This musical deals with mature themes and may not be suitable for children under 12
