Community Art Day

Arts/Entertainment

Artist Raven Halfmoon creates her sculptures by pressing her hands into clay, leaving behind fingerprints and marks that capture her emotions. Through her artwork, Halfmoon shares stories about strong women and her connection to her heritage. We invite you to “leave your mark” at Community Art Day by creating your own thumbprint stamp. Just like Raven Halfmoon uses clay to share her identity, you can use your fingerprint—a unique part of you—to make art that tells your story. This month we are partnering with the Cache Human Society! Support their cause by bringing donations of blankets, towels, toys, treats, copy paper, paper towels, soap, detergent.
