USU Be Well and Registered Dietitian, Brooke Lister, present a workshop on nutrition for healthy aging. As we age, maintaining bone strength becomes essential for mobility and quality of life. In this workshop, you’ll learn how simple dietary and lifestyle adjustments can help preserve bone density, prevent osteoporosis, and keep you moving with confidence. *Presentation will be recorded.
