Workshop topics will include: -Why Remote Work is Different -Building Transferrable Skills -Freelance and Side-Work -Using AI for a Resume -When Should You Consider Hiring a Career Coach About the instructor: Kim Ealy is the Director of Career and Leadership Development at Tennessee Wesleyan University, owner and writer for Kim’s Resume Redesign, and partnered with LaShay Hudson of Dream Home Based Work providing support and resources for finding legitimate remote jobs. She has more than 15 years of experience assisting both private and professional clients develop effective job search strategies, design powerful resumes and cover letters, prepare for interviews that lead to job offers, and be able to offer powerful salary negotiation strategies. Her career path has taken her to teaching and presenting on both the west and east coasts, Japan, Utah, and Tennessee. Ms. Ealy holds a Master’s degree in Professional Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior.
