Business Council Applications DEADLINE

HSB Business Council applications are open! The position is open now until April 1, 2023. This is a paid position, and you will be employed by the Huntsman School of Business until the end of Spring semester of 2024.
The mission of the Business Council of the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business is to serve students by representing the student’s voice, promoting student involvement, facilitating professional opportunities, encouraging academic excellence, and developing student leaders. As a member of the council, you will be able to make a lasting impact in the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business by assisting the Business Senator to fulfill their platform throughout the upcoming school year and assist with Focus Friday events, the HSB Career Expo, Clubs in the Courtyard, Business Week, and other programs and initiatives. We are anxious to hire current business students who will help us carry out this vision!

Get to know the huntsman professors better! Through a fun meet and greet game on April 10th at 6 pm. All freshmen and students involved in the mentorship program are invited. We will provide pizza and professors.

Information/Orientation
The Business Council would like to invite you to Huntsman Hall’s Annual Diversity Day. Come find your fit and get involved with clubs offered in the business school. Additionally, hear from USU Faculty coming from diverse backgrounds talk about what belonging means to them.
Huntsman End-of-Year Event: "Wild West"
Social/Networking
The Business Council would like to invite all students to celebrate the end of spring semester with a “Wild West” party. Come have fun with a photo booth, steer roping, corn hole, dutch-oven cobbler & ice cream, mocktail saloon, raffle, and dance party. This event is a partnership with the Malouf Foundation, a nonprofit that combats sexual assault/abuse and child trafficking. $2 will get you in the door, and all proceeds from this event will go to the Malouf Foundation’s cause. We are excited to see you there!
