There are a couple of key differences between food allergies and food intolerances so it is important that we are able to recognize those differences and how to appropriately treat both. This presentation will go over the similarities and differences between food allergies and sensitivities and steps to take to determine any food sensitivities you may have. *Presentation will be available in person and virtually and will be recorded.
