Course Descriptions

Power Sculpt

This class is designed to tone all the muscles in your body by using weights, body bars, exercise balls, plyometrics, and resistance bands. You will get a total anaerobic workout while burning calories. This is the class for you if you want to get toned and fit!

Zumba

This aerobic Latin dance routine will keep you coming back for more. Originally from Columbia, Zumba was designed to make exercise fun so you can enjoy burning calories and toning your body. You don’t need to be a good dancer to participate. Zumba is the perfect way to have fun while getting a total body workout for men and women!

Yoga

This course will give you a complete body and mind connection through stretching, toning and balance. Don’t be fooled—yoga will give you a complete workout. Incorporated with dynamic balance and functional training, yoga will challenge your strength and endurance.

Kickboxing

This is easily one of the hottest courses we offer. Kickboxing is designed to give you a great cardio workout while toning your arms and legs. This course will get you kicking higher and punching faster than you can imagine.

Turbo Kick

This course is a combination of intense kickboxing and dance moves choreographed to high-energy music. It is the ultimate cardiovascular challenge with a unique blend of intense intervals of strength and endurance training. Each class ends with a relaxing cool off period, which will leave you energized and refreshed.

Water Bootcamp

Currently not held this semester. This course is a combination of techniques used from land aerobics like running, walking, cross country skiing and jumping jacks. This is a non-impact workout, making it perfect for those with joint or muscle issues. This high resistance workout is guaranteed to be a great time!

Indoor Cycling

This 50-minute workout is easily the most beneficial workout on campus. Intended to be a journey in the classroom, this class will offer you mountain climbs, rolling hills, sprints, flat roads, all while refining your cycling technique. Classes rapidly increase in intensity throughout the semester. Don't miss any of these classes and make sure to bring a water bottle and towel--you'll need it.

Let Me See That Core!

This 20-minute abdominal class is designed to work your core. It's a short class intended to be a buffer between classes. But don't let the short time trick you, this class will make your abdomens throb all day.
