Summer Special Programs

Fitness Orientations
Join us for free orientations to the Aggie Recreation Center led by a certified personal trainer. You'll learn about:
  • How to properly perform exercises using machines and other fitness equipment
  • The best way to structure a workout for your fitness goal
  • New uses for dumbbells, kettlebells, cable machines, and more
  • Summer fitness programs
  • Any fitness questions answered!
Dates offered: May 29th at 4pm, June 1st at 10am, June 7th at 10am.

Personal Training and Partner Training
Work one-on-one with a nationally certified personal trainer or grab a buddy for a partner training session. Visit our personal training page for information on sessions and rates!

Group Fitness
Fun workouts led by certified instructors in a group format. Classes range from yoga, to functional fitness and indoor cycling. All classes are free with a summer membership! Strength & Conditioning Classes
High-intensity strength and cardio conditioning classes using barbells, kettlebells, rowing machines, and medicine balls that focuses on Olympic Lifting, cardiovascular endurance, and functional movement.
