With over 40 classes offered to students each week, our Group Fitness program offers fun and energizing workouts. Our instructors provide modifications for all fitness levels (Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced). Choose from a wide variety of class formats to stay motivated as you pursue your fitness goals. All group fitness classes are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, audio/stereo systems, spring, wood or rubber flooring, and floor to ceiling mirrors. We offer a variety of the most trending classes, from STRONG by Zumba, Yoga, HIIT, and Cycling to group strength & sculpt classes, such as Buns n’ Guns, Blast & Abs and Bootcamps.
Student Group Fitness Pass: $40 for Students (Includes access to all Group Fitness Classes.) Student All-Access Fitness Pass: $75 for Students (Includes access to all Group Fitnessand Strength & Conditioning Classes.) Purchase your Fitness Pass.
Faculty/Staff (and community) Fitness Pass - Spring: $75 for Group Fitness classes offered in the HPER and Fieldhouse and all Strength & Conditioning Classes which are in the Fieldhouse.) These fitness classes are seperate from Employee Wellness classes and cannot be combined. Purchase your Fitness Pass.
