What is Small Group Training?
Experience a workout program like never before! Join a group of 6-10 participants with a certified instructor at the ARC for a fusion between personal training and group fitness, where you’ll receive personalized instruction with the motivation and accountability of a group. All classes are adaptable for every fitness level and will progress in intensity each week to help you reach your fitness goals.
What are the benefits?
Each program includes two Fit 3D assessments, weekly group workouts, one 20-minute meeting with your small group coach, and two 30-minute nutrition consultations with a Registered Dietitian to provide you with a comprehensive plan to reach your goals.

Ready to Race - Prepare for the Aggie Obstacle Course Race!
Dates: March 19 - April 25
Date & Duration: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5:30-6:30pm for 6 weeks
Instructors: Raquel & Megan
Prepare for an upcoming race in this 6-week program featuring treadmill workouts, incline workouts, and cross-training designed to improve your stamina, speed, and endurance. You’ll be introduced to different types of race training for road races, trail runs, and obstacle course racing. Beginners and runners of all speeds, shapes and sizes are welcome.
