Strength & Conditioning
USU Strength and Conditioning is designed to implement safe and effective strength training and conditioning. The nationally certified coaching staff provides guidance and motivation, regarding injury prevention and excelling in true muscle capabilities. This class is offered throughout each semester, where participants will improve greatly in their performance, while engaging in many various state-of-the-art strength style workouts. Our Strength and Conditioning coaches will offer advice on form, progression and competition training.All-Access Fitness Pass $75/Semester or $140/Fall and Spring Semesters (Includes access to all Group Fitness classes and all Strength & Conditioning classes).
Class Times: Mon-Fri 7AM, 12PM, 5PM, 6PM
Wednesday 7PM Women & Weights
All S&C Coaches are either Crossfit or Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certified.
