Strength & Conditioning
USU Strength and Conditioning is designed to implement safe and effective strength training and conditioning. The nationally certified coaching staff provides guidance and motivation, regarding injury prevention and excelling in true muscle capabilities. This class is offered throughout each semester, where participants will improve greatly in their performance, while engaging in many various state-of-the-art strength style workouts. Our Strength and Conditioning coaches will offer advice on form, progression and competition training.All-Access Fitness Pass $75/Semester (Includes access to all Group Fitness classes and all Strength & Conditioning classes).
Class Times: Mon-Fri 7AM, 12PM, 5PM, 6PM
Wednesday 7PM S&C Skills Class
All S&C Coaches are either Crossfit or Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certified.
S&C Skills Hour- The 7:00 pm class on Wednesday’s will be a skills hour. Each week, coaches will work with athletes on a different skills (double unders, muscle ups, pull-ups, handstands, Olympic lifts, etc.) during this class. Athletes will spend time going over technique, learning progressions, and working with coaches one-on-one to master these challenging skills. All levels are welcome to attend as coaches will provide various progressions and techniques to work on. Unlike other classes, there will not be a workout, as the hour will be used to practice and perfect difficult lifts, gymnastic movements, or other skills.
