Strength & Conditioning
USU Strength and Conditioning is designed to implement safe and effective strength training and aerobic conditioning programs. Our nationally certified coaching staff provides guidance and motivation, while teaching correct form, injury prevention, and safe and effective progressions for each participant. This class is offered each semester, where participants will improve greatly in their performance, while engaging in state-of-the-art strength style workouts.Class Times: 7am & 6pm, Monday-Thursday
All S&C Classes are included in a student, faculty, or staff summer membership. Community members may purchase a summer pass for $50.
All S&C Coaches are either Crossfit or Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certified.
