Workouts are posted the day before on our fitness page, USU Strength and Conditioning. Workouts are high-intensity and functional, incorporating rowing, kettlebells, olympic lifting, partner exercises, for total body resistance training and cardio conditioning. S&C Coaches lead each workout, providing assistance with form, modifications, and progressions while motivating participants to do their best!
