Mental Health Resources
Many resources for mental wellness are available, including self-guided tools, crisis therapy, and counseling through telehealth. CAPS is also a daily adjusting to COVID-19 virtual discussion group.
The Student Health Center
USU Student Health is continuing to provide routine urgent care to students but are pre-screening for respiratory illness symptoms. Those with mild symptoms that may be related to COVID-19 may receive a consultation through telehealth. Please contact the center at 435-797-1660 to schedule an in-person or telehealth appointment.
If you are concerned about a fellow student, or have concerns for yourself, please reach out to a case manager in Student Affairs. , you may report it to the CARE Team through phone, email or video conference. Student conduct and student of concern services including the CARE Team, Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT), and the Student Affairs Case Manager are available through phone, email, or video conference.
Student Involvement and Leadership Center
