COVID-19 Testing at USU

USU provides free testing for current students and employees in the East Stadium parking lot (map) on the Logan campus, Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m.-2 p.m., and Fridays 8-11 a.m. Tests are self-administered with a short swab, and results are sent within 24-48 hours. Schedule an on-campus test up to four days in advance. USU is not able to test individuals who are under 18.

USU does not offer testing to leave isolation or quarantine: Due to the increase in COVID-19 cases and resulting demand on testing resources, USU cannot offer tests to leave quarantine or isolation. Do not seek testing at the USU testing site on the Logan campus to test of out quarantine or isolation.

About Testing at USU

USU’s COVID-19 diagnostic testing at the USU is provided through a collaborative effort by the USU Veterinary Diagnostic Lab, the Department of Nursing, and Student Health Services. All test results are reported to the Utah Department of Health, which then provides case numbers to local health departments across Utah. There may be a delay between cases reported in USU COVID-19 case counts and local health department case counts.
