Title IX Personnel Training Materials
The following materials are used to train USU employees who have a role in the university’s sexual misconduct grievance process. They provide background information on Title IX, guidelines for the sexual misconduct grievance process, instructions for employees who investigate sexual misconduct cases, and more.
USU conducts live trainings annually for hearing and appeal panel members, process advisors, sanctioning authorities, and Office of Equity staff. Other optional trainings can be completed online.
