ResidenT Assistant application


The Residence Life Program is happy to announce that we have opened our application for the Resident Assistant positions (view job description) for the 2019-2020 Academic Year. To apply please complete the following steps:

    • After logging in you can search for the Resident Assistant Position at Utah State University
    • Apply for the job on the job page by uploading your Resume and Clicking on the Apply for Position button
  2. After applying on Aggie Handshake please complete the actual application here
    • At the end of the application you will be asked to:
      • List 3 individuals from whom you will be requesting a Letter of Recommendation and a Link was provided to send to them to complete the recommendation.  If you need that link again it is https://goo.gl/forms/b0KbUTBc7xE8cWW72
      • Sign up for a Group Process Interview. If you were not able to do so at that time please do so here. Seats are limited and are filled on a first come first served basis

Residence Hall Association Executive Council Application

A Residence Hall Association Executive Council Member is  a student leadership position within Residence Life.  This position requires that they live in a specific area of our on Campus Housing. A specific area will be assigned after hiring takes place. This position works with students and residents to develop a Student Leadership Council with in a specific community. These Student Leadership councils focus on leadership development, large scale event planning, electing student leaders to represent area community, as well as advocating for change. This position will also act as a student advisor to this leadership group.

This position will also sit on our Residence Hall Association Executive Council and work with a team of 5 other student advisors who represent all of our different housing communities. The Executive team will work together to develop large scale campus wide initiatives and events that promote student engagement, diversity, and inclusion.

This job is a fast paced, upbeat, nonstop student leadership position that will work to develop students and help them have the best on campus experience possible.  To apply please:
