Submit an Off-Campus Student Housing Listing

Please read the following agreement and complete the form below.  Thank you for your participation in helping our students secure housing.

I agree to and understand the following term and conditions:

  • I am the owner or manager of the below listed property ("Property").
  • The Property and Property owner are in compliance with all zoning and city ordinances related to leasing dwelling space within a private residence.
  • The Property does not include a space where tenants share living spaces with minor children.
  • I understand that any post of the Property to this site is provided as a convenience/courtesy only, and may be limited, revoked, or otherwise terminated at any time without notice at Utah State University's ("USU") sole discretion.
  • I acknowledge and understand that USU does not vet potential tenants utilizing this site, including without limitation conducting background checks or verifying any other information. I acknowledge that those verifications and all other activity related to the renting of the residential space is solely between the landlord and tenant.
  • I hereby hold USU harmless for any claims and causes in any way related to the subject matter herein.

Please be aware that Utah State University and Housing Services reserve the right to omit listings at our own discretion.
