Reproductive Justice Week

Tuesday, March 1 - Friday, March 4

Join us for our first ever Reproductive Justice Week! The term "reproductive justice" was first developed by the activist Loretta Ross, the cofounder of SisterSong Women of Color Reproductive Justice Collective. Reproductie Justice is an expansion of the theory of intersectionality developed by women of color and the practice of self-help from the Black women's health movement to the reproductive rights movement. This program at USU aims to increase knowledge about the politics of reproductive justice as well as to provide students with the resources they need to make informed decisions about their sexual and reproductive health. Our goal is to critically engage with reproductive justice intersectionally, and with particular attention to how structural oppression informs lived experiences.
To request accomodation email sarah.timmerman@usu.edu

Stop by TSC 315 on Wednesday, March 2nd 11:00am-2:00pm for our "Pamphlets, Pins, and Pastries" event, come to our "Pleasure Packs and Consent with SAAVI" on March 3rd, and follow us on Instagram for daily stories on reproductive justice!
