Lesson 17: Exponential and Logarithmic Functions

Objectives:

Evaluation of logarithms and exponentials in exact form is seldom possible. In this section you will use the change of base formula and your calculator to evaluate specific expressions. Comparison of logarithmic values can be accomplished by using the laws of logarithms or applying inverses.
