Statistics Virtual Library http://www.stat.ufl.edu/vlib/statistics.html

This site is provided by the University of Florida, Department of Statistics. We accessed this website in class on 5/9/00. It seems to be kept up; it had last been modified on May 1, 2000. And we didn't find any sites that were no longer in existence with our quick perusal. This is as it's name implies, a library. It is composed of listings of websites for a variety of things related to statistics. These websites are simply listed down the page without any reference to the topics at the top of the page for ease of navigation. The only way to know what is on the site is to scroll through.

The listings provided are in the following categories:

How complete the listings are is unclear; however, Utah was not represented. The job announcements were right up to current date and seemed very extensive. The site contained a great deal of links to websites so seemed like a good source of information. However, the fact that it didn't have any navigational tools built in made it cumbersome.
