Steps:

  1. Start at: Fedstats http://www.fedstats.gov/.
  2. Search 'Utah' by search engine within Fedstats.
  3. click 'get profile'.
  4. Under 'laborforce' and click 'unemployment', then we can take a glance at unemployment rate from Oct. 1999 to Mar. 2000 by month in Utah.
  5. Click 'unemployment rate' and then we can get Local Unempolyment Statistics.
  6. Under 'Data' and click 'Most Requested Series'.
  7. Under 'Employment and Unemployment', Click 'Local Area unemployment statistics'.
  8. Click 'Utah'.
  9. Click 'Utah Unemployment Rate', and choose seasonally adjusted or not, years and format.
  10. Finally, we can get the data for unemployment rate in Utah: http://146.142.4.24/cgi-bin/surveymost
