This formula sheet can contain all useful information such as formulas, definitions, sample calculations, and solutions or solutions outlines (from homeworks, past exams, the Web, etc.). Your name must appear in the upper right corner. There is no need to copy tables (such as the normal table or the random digit table as those will be provided during the exams when needed). For this homework, add information from Chapter 3 (and past information from Chapters 1 & 2 you consider useful) to your sheet. You will be allowed to fill in additional information throughout the semester.
