Parking & Transportation updates in response to COVID-19

Use the Parking Portal

  • Many transactions can be easily handled through our Parking Portal, such as purchasing or renewing a permit or paying a citation.

USU Parking and Transportation Services' office has gone online in an effort to reduce the spread of coronavirus. We will continue to provide service to our valued customers. Until social distancing restrictions have been lifted, parking services will be available via email at Our staff will respond to inquiries as quickly as possible.

Aggie Shuttle Routes Reduced

Normal shuttle routes have been suspended to reduce the spread of coronavirus. A single bus route will run on weekdays from 11:00am - 1:30pm and 4:00pm - 6:30pm. See our bus route map for details on stop locations. You can still track the bus using the Aggie Shuttle Tracker.

Student Parking Permit Returns

Students that are leaving campus may get a partial refund for parking permits. Please email us at with your name, A number, preferred email address, and phone number. We will contact you regarding refund options.

Faculty/Staff Parking Permit Returns

Employees of the university may wish to get a refund for their annual permit or stop payment on a non-expiring permit. Please email us at with your name, A number, preferred email address, and phone number. Also, send your hangtag permit to:

Once we receive your permit, we will contact you via phone to assist with a refund for expiring permits or send confirmation to non-expiring permit holders that your monthly payroll deduction has been stopped.

Please Note
Employees who wish to return a parking permit for a refund or cancel their payroll deduction, but anticipate parking on campus after the COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted, will need to complete the Waitlist Request Form and may not be awarded the same lot designation.
