Section 38: Purchase of Alcoholic Beverages

1. The purchase of alcoholic beverages is not allowed on the following accounts:
   1. State E & G Appropriations
   2. Service Enterprise Funds
   3. State Line-restricted
   4. Contracts and Grants
   5. Federal Appropriations
   6. Plant Funds
