Kelsey Koga - February 2025

Kelsey Koga was selected as the Employee of the Month for February 2025. Kelsey is the Production Stage Manager in the Department of Theater Arts. Her nominator said, "Kelsey has enhanced our organizational systems and improved communication processes. She has an incredible can-do attitude that helps to alleviate potentially contentious situations. As others observe her positivity, it influences their work and their attitudes about the work to be done. When Kelsey takes on a task, everyone around the room knows it’s going to be taken care of. Her exceptional attention to detail and ability to coordinate complex schedules have streamlined auditions and rehearsals, which is no small feat in our fast-paced environment.  Kelsey’s contributions to the Department of Theatre Arts go far beyond her job description.
