Shilo Martinez - April 2020

Shilo Martinez, Student Life Assistant on the USU Blanding Campus, was chosen as the Employee of the Month for April 2020. She was nominated by Jessica Rouche who stated, "Shilo dedicates her time outside what is expected of her to complete tasks above and beyond. When she does not know something, instead of telling others she doesn’t know, she seeks the information and is quick to respond. She is intuitive to student issues and continuously does wellness checks on students living on-campus. She creates a positive atmosphere for the students and always goes the extra mile to make things successful and welcoming."

Jessica continued, "Her passion, dedication and ability to relate to the students positively impacts the work that we do."
