Since Fall 1998, the USU Big Band Swing Club has been teaching and helping students, teachers, and the community to appreciate the American heritage of swing dancing. Still standing and better than ever, the history of club continues today, and we welcome all to come and enjoy the sounds of the great big bands from our countries history.
As a club, we are dedicated to providing opportunities for dancing, and we are gratefull for all the different venues that are available to dance at. Here are just a few examples of places that we love to dance at!
With a history of excellence, the USU Swing Teams perform and compete all over the country, and have placed and won at several competitions throughout the united states. Come check them out and show them your support!

On December 2nd, we will be welcoming local guest musicians, The CC Big Band, for our Christmas season dance!
Big band swing dancing refers to certain dances that originated in the early 1920s to the late 1940s, including the famous "Lindy Hop"
Come check out any of our dances at USU, Elite Hall, or other venues throughout Utah and Idaho, We'll help you out!
