Campus Recreation, SNAC Partner to Host November Turkey Trot 5K & Food Drive

USU Campus Recreation will host its annual Turkey Trot 5K and partner with the Student Nutrition Access Center coincide with their fall food drive.

The event will fall on Nov. 14 with the 5K starting at 4:15 p.m. and food drive collections being taken beforehand.

For the Turkey Trot, the race is open to all USU students, faculty, staff and members of the community. Cost ranges from $5-10. Participants will receive an event T-shirt and race bib, and awards will be presented to the top three male and female finishers. The course will wind through Utah State University’s Logan campus, starting at the Aggie Legacy Fields.

Racers who bring two cans of food will receive a $5 rebate towards their race fees. The donations will aid SNAC’s mission of providing Aggies with a hunger-free education and fostering student well-being and success.
