USU Extension Co-Sponsors 2026 Utah Marriage Celebration

This year’s Utah Marriage Celebration, co-sponsored by Utah State University Extension, will take place online from 4-9:30 p.m. Feb. 6.

Designed as a date night for those who want to prepare for or strengthen their marriage, the celebration features workshops presented by professionals from across the nation. Workshops include topics such as intimacy, communication and maintaining connection.

The conference begins at 6 p.m. and includes two live workshop sessions. Bonus pre-recorded workshop sessions, including topics on ideas for staying connected, effective communication strategies, and others, are available starting at 4 p.m.

Keynote presenter Alexandra H. Solomon is an internationally recognized relationship expert and creator of the Relational Self-Awareness framework, which has reached millions worldwide. A licensed clinical psychologist, author and professor at Northwestern University, Solomon is known for translating research and clinical insight into practical tools for healthier, more meaningful relationships. She is the award-winning author of multiple best-selling books and the host of the popular podcast, “Reimagining Love.”

“We are excited about this event,” said Naomi Brower, USU Extension professor in Weber County. “We have a fantastic lineup of speakers from across the nation, and we are confident that the couples that attend will come away with information and skills to enhance their relationship.”
