The USU Wellness Program has given me both motive and opportunity to
improve my health, and I find myself depending on it for developing a
community of wellness-minded people. We share our secrets ("I'll show
you my pedometer if you show me yours"), we motivate each other in boot
camp and fitness club ("I am aching all over... time to get started!"),
and we explore our new life opportunities ("To boldly go where I have
not gone before").
What's not to like? What's not to live for?
