While I have always been
physically active (tennis, hiking, yoga, skiing), I have certainly
noticed age catching up with me. I have become much more aware of how
my diet affects my energy level and weight. I think being a wellness
ambassador will help me stay on target and also be a lot of fun. I've
taken advantage of the free fitness assessment, Nnamdi's boot camp,
personal training, and yoga with Dennise (along with a few chair
massages)! I'm pleased to help.
