Services

As part of our mission as the Employee Wellness Program, we provide several health and wellness services at little or no cost to benefited employees. These services are aimed to educate individuals on their current health status, assist in setting and reaching health and fitness goals, connect with others in our campus community and attempt to remove barriers that potentially keep us from taking an active role in there health. Services are provided through our Be Well Staff and through partnerships with other Departments on campus.

Body Composition Analysis

Body Composition Analysis is a method used to determine the amount of water, muscle, bone and adipose tissue an individual has. It provides information about your unique body makeup that can help determine overall health and assist in determining goals to improve your health and wellness. There are several departments on campus with resources to learn more about your body composition. Some services may have a cost associated.
