The purpose of this report is to analyze the responses to the ASAP Community Goals Survey and seek to address the following question: how do demographic factors (age, income, gender, and education) predict economic versus environmental community priorities? The Western Rural Development Center's Area Sector Analysis Process (ASAP) is an outreach and modeling tool designed to assist communities in developing sustainable community economic development strategies based on community defined priorities and regional infrastructure.
