USU PianoFest 2022

Saturday, March 26, 2022

PianoFest will take place on Saturday, March 26 in the Chase Fine Arts center on the USU campus. This exciting, educational piano event is open to pre-college students of all ages and abilities living in the Intermountain area. Students will be grouped in divisions based on their age and the style of the repertoire they choose. In each division, students will play their repertoire for each other and their families, and at the end of the hour, the judges will award prizes to that group and give them their written evaluations. Prizes will be raffled to all participating students in every division. All applicants will receive their room and time assignments one week before the event. PianoFest registration is due Tuesday, March 1. Participating in PianoFest will satisfy the requirements for the AIM program performance test, but students not in AIM are welcome to participate too.
