Business Card Order Form
  • USU Student Business Cards are only available to students (for staff and faculty business cards, please contact your department office manager)
  • Be aware that processing one (1) order may take up to 4 business days. For this reason, plan your business card needs well in advance.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the spelling, so double-check each entry. If your card order is printed with a typo or other errors, you are still responsible for remitting payment in full for the order.
  • All cards must be picked up at the Career Services office (University Inn, room 102)--you will receive an email when your order is ready to be collected.

    Tip: the back of your business card can be used to provide more information about your qualifications, expertise, major projects you lead,... we can only accomodate 5 points (maximum of 40 characters for each line).
