Training
The USU Department of Public Safety offers many safety programs to the USU community.

Campus Police
Crime prevention is our primary goal, but we vigorously pursue those who commit crimes against the citizens of the campus community.

Construction & Permits
The Fire Marshal enforces safety codes and reviews all construction projects on campus. The Fire Marshal also approves permits for controlled activities.

Threat Reporting & Assessment
The USU Threat Assessment Management Team (TAMT) actively collaborates with the campus community to support the recognition of and response to concerning or threatening behaviors.
