Arthritis and Exercise Classes
An exercise class specifically designed to help relieve stiffness and pain that comes with arthritis and/or aging. Yes that is right…we said exercise and arthritis in the same sentence! If you do not suffer from arthritis, but would like stretches and exercises you can do at the comfort of your own desk and chair at work, then this class is for you. We will do many range of motion movements, as well as strengthening exercises for the whole body, starting from our head and neck, down to our toes! Join us on Tuesdays at 12-1 in the Distance Education Building room 211, through April 8th.
