As a result of the generous  support that our employees have provided to the member charities of  Community Health Charities, we have been invited to participate in a  free webinar entitled &amp;ldquo;Exercising Safely During Pregnancy.&amp;rdquo; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Community Health Charities will partner with&amp;nbsp;member charity, the March of Dimes to present this informative webinar. Participants will learn the answers to these questions and more:Why exercise during pregnancy is  good for you?&amp;middot;Can all pregnant women exercise?&amp;middot; What types of exercise  are best during pregnancy?&amp;middot; Does pregnancy change how your body responds to exercise? &lt;br /&gt;
